e-Sword Windows 9x/Me, 2000, or XP
e-Sword is the Holy Bible in many different translations, as well as Hebrew and Greek. It also includes a wide variety of Bible study resources. This is a beautifully-written program that is offered free by it's developer, Rick Meyers. It has performed flawlessly on our own computers for many, many months.
The link above will take you directly to Rick Meyers' site, from which you can download e-Sword and as many add-ons as you like. Each add-on (Bible translation, commentary, etc.) is a separate download.

File Zilla is an open source FTP and SFTP client. An FTP client is used to remotely upload, download, and manipulate files on a Web server. It is different from a Web browser in that it makes no attempt to open files or render Web pages. Rather, it includes standardized commands to transfer and manipulate those files quickly and easily.
Instructions: Click the link above and download the self-extracting file FileZilla_2_2_17_setup.exe to your desktop or another convenient location. Please do not attempt to run this installation from our server. When the download completes (less than a minute on broadband; about 10 minutes on dialup), double click FileZilla_2_1_5_setup.exe. The installation will begin automatically. (FileZilla is licensed under the GPL. For source code, click here. You do not need the source code to install FileZilla.
